There must be a reason that a movie released in 1994 is still in the hearts of millions of fans of Indian Cinema and most watched Feel Good Bollywood Movies of Mine. And yeah the reason for it is that once again it was a clean and family drama from Sooraj Barjatya. A family where servants are considered an equal part of the family by the new bride in the home; where brothers are ready to sacrifice their happiness for each other; it all happens only in Sooraj Barjatya movies. And in the end when complete family celebrates the reunion of Prem (Salman Khan) and Nisha (Madhuri Dixit); it is a scene that makes you go ‘AWW’.

A movie that bagged most of the awards in the year 2014; this one presented a remarkable performance by Kangna Ranaut in the character of Rani. It is the story of a girl whose fiancé leaves her as he does not think of her as a perfect match with himself. A timid girl born and raised to be a typical Indian housewife when decides to go on her honeymoon alone will leave you awestruck. But the transformation in her character after this trip and her decision towards her marriage and ex fiancé will make you smile for her victory as a person.

The story about an Atheist, Kanji (Paresh Rawal) who laughs over the existence of God faces the biggest trouble in his life when only his shop in complete locality gets destroyed due to an earthquake. When denied the insurance money from the company; he files a case against God himself since the casualty was due to an act of God. Thus begins a fight between the hypocrites and Kanji and to assist him in this noble cause of bringing the true faces of these “Godmen” in front of the common masses; God (Akshay Kumar) comes to his help. The logics given by Kanji in court and Akshay as God will strike your minds as well as your hearts. A brilliant piece by Umesh Shukla and a must watch.

If you have a feeling of sympathy for the physically or mentally challenged people; it means that you are a human at heart. Now Anurag Basu take a deaf and dumb boy Murphy “Barfi” (Ranbir Kapoor) and makes a movie on his relationships with two different women. Jhilmil (Priyanka Chopra), who is suffering from Autism; is suddenly attracted towards Barfi. The shades of jealousy in the characters of both the women, sacrifice by Shruti (Ileana D’Cruz) and “together forever” kind of love between Jhilmil and barfi will leave you dumbstruck at the end. And you definitely cannot avoid the outstanding performance by Sudhanshu Dutta (Saurabh Shukla) in the movie.

So Munna (Sunjay Dutt) and Circuit (Arshad Warsi) are brought back to theaters by Rajkumar Hirani in 2006 and this time they are going to preach “Gandhigiri” to the world. The good at heart goon Munna once again tries to impress his girl by pretending to be a firm believer of Mahatma Gandhi as a college professor. Feel good moments in movie: when Munna saves a father son relationship by stopping his son from committing suicide; helping an old man to fight against corruption, apologizing to circuit and many more. All and all this movie will give you a roller coaster ride of emotions and at the same time will tickle your funny bone too.

Revolving around the heart change of the main character Mohan Bhargava (Shahrukh Khan); this movie will arise a sense of nationalism in you. A scientist in NASA when returns to his homeland, India to take his nanny to US; comes across the day to day and harsh problems of rural India. Instead of being disgusted and ashamed of the problems like illiteracy, child marriages, casteism etc. in his native land; Mohan decides to fight for these people and to improve the quality of their lives. The scene where Mohan wrestles with the postmaster for fun after returning will make your heart rejoice with the happiness.

A story about a bunch of youngsters from Delhi University and how their lives change after enacting in a patriotic play directed by British Filmmaker, Sue (Alice Patten). The transformation in the attitude of main characters from ‘devil may care’; to revenge and then to strike a revolution will give an adrenaline rush to every viewer out there. Though most of the main characters meet a sad end in the movie; the revolution shown in the movie amongst youths at the end will make you feel better.

This movie by Kabir Khan is the only one where Salman’s fans will come out praising the role of someone else in the movie and that too; role played by an 8 year old little beautiful innocent girl who make it Feel Good Bollywood Movies of All time. Forget everyone else in the movie; this speech impaired kid Munni AKA Shahida (Harshaali Malhotra) will make you connect to her at every moment of the movie. The journey of Pawan (Salman Khan) taking Munni back to her parents in Pakistan is an ultimate message of love and humanity. No way that any person even remotely human by his deeds will not be touched by the climax in the movie where Pawan lifts the girl in his arms after she shouts “Mama” while running at him. A must watch for story and cute and adorable “Munni”.

The story of a dyslexic kid Ishan (Darsheel Safari) and how his life changes when his parents decide to send him to boarding school. But just when you start to feel that kid’s life has been devastated; savior comes in the form of a teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh (Aamir Khan) who realizes the hidden potential of the kid and also works hard with him to improve his grades. The scene where Ishan bursts in tears after seeing his portrait by Ram will be a challenge in front of you to hold your tears back.

It looks like Rajkumar Hirani makes movies with the only aim of people feeling good after the movie. Rancho (Aamir Khan) is an engineering student who touches many lives in his 4 years of engineering including the lives of Farhan (R. Madhavan), Raju (Sharman Joshi), Pia (Kareena Kapoor) and ‘Virus’ (Boman Irani). Every single moment in the movie is heart touching.
